We are looking for an experienced and driven individual to join our Internal Applications team in Charleston, SC. The CRM Architect will be responsible for technical leadership of all development and customization on our CRM platform. The Architect will work closely with Product Owners to deliver high quality solutions on the platform. The position includes the active participation and contribution to the technical design of feature development, hands-on development, performing code reviews, and mentoring other members of the team.


Responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle

• Suggest and implement improvements to both the operations of the team and the software solutions on the platform

• Work with business stakeholders to determine application requirements

• Work with product owners to develop well architected solutions that leverage the Salesforce platform

• Write detailed design documents for new application features following best practices

•Aid in the development of new features and application enhancements

• Collaborate with engineers on the team to ensure the delivery of high quality application features that will provide the maximum benefit to our internal and external clients

• Perform code reviews to ensure security, quality and appropriate design patterns are followed


Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience working with Visualforce, APEX, and SOQL

• 6+ years of experience working with JavaScript, CSS, and HTML

• 3+ years of experience working with SOAP/REST web services

• Strong understanding of SDLC best practices, source control, agile development

• Strong knowledge of and experience with best practices associated with CRM applications. Knowledge of and experience with current tools in these areas

• Significant hands on experience with CRM operations

• Excellent written and oral communication skills at both technical and executive levels

• Ability to prioritize work around business value & priorities

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field Proven track record of delivering high quality results
