This position is based out of The RealReal HQ in San Francisco and reports to the Senior Director of Engineering. As part of the Consignor team your work willdirectly impact the supply side of our business. You will work closely with the Sales organization implementing improvements and custom flows for high efficiency. You will be responsible for a seamless reliable integration between Sales Cloud and other Salesforce products, such as Pardot and ExactTarget, plus other proprietary systems. The team will rely on you to suggest best practices and architecture design. You will participate in solution discussions with engineers and product managers and maintain a configuration runbook.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage user setup, access and create custom objects, fields and page layouts.
  • Develop and monitor Salesforce reports for unexpected trends.
  • Respond timely to urgent requests from the field.
  • Lead the testing and deployment of code and configuration changes.
  • Work with stakeholders and product management and tech leads to understand needs and identify solutions.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years Salesforce.com administration experience & proven knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Force.com platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Pardot and ExactTarget.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce fundamentals: opportunities, leads, reports, workflow rules, triggers, and data loader.
  • Understanding of Salesforce performance fundamentals.
  • Ability to read and understand Apex code and Visualforce.
  • Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (preferred)
  • Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder or Salesforce Developer (preferred)
  • Understanding of git and Github workflows and exposure to Salesforce DX.
  • Bachelor of Computer Science degree or equivalent.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience working in a customized Salesforce environment with 500+ users.
  • Experience with any of Ruby, Elixir, Phoenix.
  • Advanced CS degree or equivalent.
