You will partner with the sales training team to develop and execute annual and quarterly sales training strategies for the US coronary business supporting a diverse product portfolio including our market-leading Resolute Onyx drug-eluting stent, best-in-class catheters, new Telescope guide extension catheter, balloon diliation catheters, guidewires and more

•Partner with sales training and marketing teams to execute Springboard classroom training (3 weeks, 3 per year)

•Develop and implement training content to train sales representatives and management on relevant Medtronic and competitive products and clinical data through various delivery formats (e-learning, live classroom, product launches, etc.)

•In addition to developing US-specific sales training, you will also partner with global sales training on initiatives that can be executed worldwide

•Manage Advanced PCI Skills classroom training course (3 days, 3 per year) including rep selection, hospital/physician partnership and contracts and content etc.

•Close collaboration with Diagnostics business unit to develop and execute LINQ co-sell training curriculum for coronary reps

•Partner with sales training team and marketing to develop and deliver content for national sales meetings

•Own document control process for resource development by partnering with legal, regulatory, clinical and R & D counterparts

•Spends time in the field collecting feedback and analyzing training opportunities on a continuous basis. Presents analysis to management team and develops strategies for improvement

•Act as subject matter expert during interactions with sales representatives, physicians and administrators through support of conferences, customer meetings, field rides and live sales meetings

•Stay up-to-date on the latest scientific and technology developments by attending relevant scientific and technical meetings and conferences

•Up to 25% travel required

Must Have: Minimum Requirements


•Experience leading projects, programs, and/or cross-functional teams

•Experience in development of classroom, multi-media and web-based sales training programs, materials
