Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or project management at a technology or media company.
  • Experience working with senior-level stakeholders or clients.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA degree.
  • Experience with large data sets, synthesizing insights, and recommending actions from data.
  • Experience planning and managing at both the strategic and operational level.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies, products, and market landscape.
  • Ability to present to executives and communicate with technical management teams.



Manage the annual and quarterly planning processes, including the development of business plans, operating models, resource allocation, market segmentation, vertical prioritization, and compensation design.

Work with a cross-functional Leadership team to keep everyone aligned on key business goals.

Structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses, and developing final recommendations.

Lead strategic initiatives on both an ongoing and ad-hoc basis; work collaboratively across the global organization.

As a Sales Strategy and Operations Manager, you will work directly with business executives and leaders on business projects. You will oversee strategic initiatives that include assessing market opportunities, developing go-to-market strategies, and driving the associated business planning processes. You'll fully immerse yourself in data collection, draw insight from analysis, and then develop compelling, synthesized recommendations. You are comfortable with structuring complicated issues and finding creative solutions to business challenges. You will work in a rapidly changing industry and demonstrate problem-solving leadership with limited oversight.
