Have an immediate opening in the Professional Audio Sales Division, consisting primarily of recording products such as microphones, preamplifiers, studio monitors, outboard equipment, and digital audio interfaces and software with a slant towards high-end, serious analog hardware. This is an incredible opportunity for someone who would like to build a sustainable career in a music-related area.
*** Maintain Customer Relationship Management Software, including logging all customer interactions, updating customer profiles, and maintaining up-to-date follow-up tasks for customers.
*** Build relationships using inbound and outbound sales methods such as telephone, emails, scheduling appointments for on-site sales, and assisting inbound customers on company website.
*** Use proactive and consultative inbound and outbound phone selling techniques.
*** Serve as number one resource for connecting with customers and providing them with products that best suit their needs.
*** Develop and apply understanding of professional audio and recording product offerings, processes, and customers.
