Sales Reps (2) - Dental Products - FL, NY - 27076917

Our client is an 82year old dental company specializing in bonding, impression and lightening agents, and they are looking for Two (2) Sales Reps with 3+ years of top 20% Business to Business sales stars (payroll, copiers, uniforms - not car rental or consumer) that want a career in Dental Sales, earning in excess of $100k.

The Two openings will be covering the following areas:

1. Albany, NY

2. Orland or Tampa, FL

The company will also entertain Representatives from companies such as: Straumann, Zimmer Biomet, Dentsply, Nobel Biocare, OraPharma, Geistlich, OsteoHealth, Philips Ultrasonic Toothbrushes, etc.  

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve the annual revenue target selling Dental Products.
  • Professionally introduce and represent the company to Dentist prospects.
  • Provide timely and accurate forecasts of bookings and revenue.
  • Maintain every customer as a reference account!
  • Provide regular and meaningful insights to Senior Management and Marketing on market trends, product requirements and competition.
  • Be a good team player.
  • Support your peers in developing a culture that likes to win, have fun and values mutual success. 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degreerequired
  • Demonstrate a track record of closing business to Existing and New Dental accounts, consistently achieving quota.
  • 3 - 5years experience selling in the Dental Market or very strong B2B sales numbers
  • Ability to present and communicate with all levels of the customer: Technical, Financial & Executive.
  • Comfortable using CRM and Strategic Selling Methodologies.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written and presentation skills.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing start-up environment.
  • Balances great ambition and drive with a high level integrity and honesty
  • Fun to be around!
  • Must be able to manage existing accounts and prospect for new business, through cold calling, networking & lead follow-up.

Base Salary:  $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 (DOE)

On-Target-Earnings:  $100,000.00 - $105,000.00 (NO Cap) + Car + Full Expenses + Great Benefits + Upward Mobility

1. Albany, NY area

2. Orlando / Tampa, FL Area

Travel: 20%
