Our client is a leading provider of Otolaryngologist Practice Management Solutions for the ENT market. They tailor their recommendations to the specific practice needs by using exclusive business intelligence to create low-effort, high-impact strategies that increase efficiencies and profitability.

Their comprehensive data analytics, strategic recommendations based on top practice benchmarks across every aspect of the business: operations and business intelligence, digital marketing and website support, branding and creative, learning and development programs, HR and IT, and superior technology infrastructures make them the leader in this space.

This position can be located in Charlotte, NC or Pittsburgh, PA, or Columbus, OH. (Any major city in the Mid-West / Mid-Atlantic Region)

Responsibilities:

  • Selling and servicing the Otolaryngologist Practice Management Solutions in the Mid-Atlantic region.
  • Build & execute a Sales Plan for your territory
  • Develop New Accounts to meet your #'s is the Key!
  • Position is 100% HUNTING new business!

Qualifications:

  • Must have (5)+ years of experience calling/selling to Otolaryngologist Practices.
  • Client requires a BS / BA Degree, prefers an MBA.
  • YOU MUST HAVE a Rolodex of Otolaryngologists and a stable medical sales history.
  • Must be living in territory
  • History of exceeding quota, results driven!
  • Ability to manage a complex sales process
  • Outgoing, Personable & Fun to be Around!

Base Salary: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 Base (DOE)

On-Target-Earnings: $125,000.00 - $155,000.00 - No Cap + Great Benefits + Full Expenses + Upward Mobility

Base Cities: Charlotte, NC or Pittsburgh, PA, or Columbus, OH (Any major city in the Mid-West / Mid-Atlantic Region)

Relocation: No

Travel: 60%
