Form Plastics Company has an excellent opportunity for a Sales Representative living in the Mid Atlantic region to sell the full line of packaging products and systems to School Food Service Institutions through out Mid-Atlantic area. Requires a balanced sales effort involving sales/prospecting skills and product knowledge, problem solving and solution selling skills.

Responsibilities include:

Identifies, qualifies and sells products and packaging equipment to School Food Service Departments.

Contacts and visits Schools, providing solutions to business issues that face the customer. Quotes price and delivery dates, and provides customers with information pertaining to new product offerings or product development.

Assesses Schools Food Service Program and key decision makers’ needs and determines the appropriate sales message and sales solution to exceed customer needs.

Takes a lead role in the new account sales process, coordinating various resources to successfully close sales. Responsible for prospecting new customers.

Tracks all activity on new customers on a weekly basis and reports to management.

Conducts territory analysis and planning to enable appropriate allocation of time to accounts and customers.

Supports and grows sales volume.

Supports and participates in sales team initiatives where applicable by gathering and communicating pertinent information for assigned accounts.

Attendance at National and Mid-Atlantic SNA shows required

Experience:

3-5years Salesexperience beneficial

Experience in a working with school feeding capacity and/or commissaries required.

Travel approx. 40-60% of the time.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experiencerequired.

Clean driving record.

Excellent customer service skills.

Good computer skills.

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills required as well as the ability to conduct a high level of professionalism, especially when dealing with complex issues or problems.

Lifting of semi-heavy equipment required.
