KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
New Account On-boarding (90%)
- Working with a Business Development Lead, the SPM will project manage the on-boarding of new accounts. This work will include:
- Acting as the key "wired" contact/liaison with new customer's setup teams inclusive of Category Management, Legal, EDI IT, Retail Operations, and Supply Chain/Logistics. He/she will ensure collaboration between the new customer and SST's Subject Master Experts (SMEs) while also executing key processes in a timely manner (e.g. Forms, P&L, Pricing)
- Supports the development of joint value creation sales stories for New Door development and continuity
- Acting as the primary contact with our two Distributors (TNG and Coremark); facilitating communication/key processes between Distributor and linked SST Accounts that uphold the integrity of the Distributor Master Agreement with SodaStream.
