Job Duties & Responsibilities:
This person will grow our business by finding opportunities with clients to provide temporary and direct hire Information Technology positions.
•Identify and qualify sales opportunities by providing a consultative and value-added approach to develop relationships.
•Define and develop lead generation strategies and marketing plans for new accounts and to further penetrate existing accounts.
•Develop and execute sales presentations to potential clients.
•Create proposals for providing staffing services aimed at satisfying our future clients' needs.
Required Skills & Experience
•A high level of comfort with performing cold calls and delivering professional, formal presentations •The ability to identify prospective customers' needs, propose solutions and convert prospects to clients.
•3 to 8years of salesexperience with a proven record of growth, customer satisfaction and success •Strong relationships with high level personnel in the prospecting companies
•Action and results oriented attitude
•Highly motivated and able to drive results that are beneficial to our clients and our company •Knowledge of IT industry or ability to learn
