You will be responsible for

  • Partner directly with the Americas Sales Leaders and team members to improve overall sales cadence and process including strategic initiatives and week to week sales management rhythm
  • Drive field sales excellence in process, people and tools in order to ensure top line
    growth with an intense focus on new customers and emerging technologies
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and pipelining
  • Make use of data and statistics to assist senior stakeholders with key business
  • Proper utilization of Sales tools to ensure increase in sales productivity
  • Rolling out and implementation of new regional / global initiatives

Desired Background

What you bring to the table

  • Minimum 5 years of sales operations experience
  • Strong communication skills and familiarity with sales process and cycle
  • Experience working with regional sales team (APAC) and handling senior stakeholders
  • Hands on and knowledge of salesforce and Clari (highly preferable)
