Infoblox is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Sales Operations Program Manager to join our Worldwide Sales Operations team. This role is critical to the success of our fast-paced selling environment and will require excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task and perform under pressure, superior data analytics skills and the ability to work in a team environment. The ideal candidate will be willing to both engage in hands-on implementation and operations as well as drive and architect sustainable models for sales requests and fulfillment.

This role reports to our Director of Sales Operationsand will partner closely with other key stakeholders including sales leadership, IT, Finance, Customer Support, Channels, and Marketing.


Responsibilities:

Primary responsibilities will be to oversee challenging assignments focused on managing and delivering programs in line with objectives and timetables while balancing scope and risk to corporate guidance.

  • Identify, validate, interpret and consolidate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Develop organization-wide architectures and methodologies for sales processing and process improvement
  • Consult with business leaders to identify relevant analytics, standards, and metrics for the assigned areas
  • Identify and evaluates new tools, process innovations, and partner relationships for alignment with strategy roadmap and business value
  • Create plans for integration and update into sales processing operations and architecture
  • Leverage recognized domain expertise, business acumen, and experience to influence and guide decisions of executive business leadership, sales partners and customers to improve performance and increase customer satisfaction
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members to set an example of innovation and excellence

Requirements:

  • 10+ year progressively challenging Global Sales Operations roles including program managerexperience
  • Proven track record managing quote to cash process improvement
  • Experience working cross-functionally to interlock internal departments, manage escalations and coordinate teams to solve for root causes
  • Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to anticipate business needs
  • In-depth knowledge of Sales Coverage, Account Hierarchy Structure, and Partner Programs
  • Process Governance with regards to all Sales Processes including Global Coverage
  • Critically evaluate third-party products to enhance sales productivity
  • Subject Matter Expertise with regards to Sales, Support and Professional Services processes
  • SFDC CPQ, Service Cloud and Oracle Fusion experiencepreferred
  • Very strong oral and written communication skills, especially across international boundaries
  • Leadership skills
