Provides operational support in the sales channel to support sales associates and managers in their revenue generation activities. Responsible for implementing and/or managing new initiatives and business processes/opportunities that may involve coordination between the sales channel and other organizations, such as Marketing, Product Management, Business Services, and IT. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following: designing and implementing predictive sales analysis reports; using existing data in an innovative ways to deliver valuable insights; improve and automate existing reports to increase consumption and efficiency; and other general operations management activities. Work is performed with minimal direction and reviewed by senior management. Provides resolutions to a diverse range of complex problems.
