In this brand new position at Gloo you?ll be spanning a multitude of functions that will help us grow, scale and mature as an organization. You?ll spend a bunch of your time with our sales and marketing group working with all lines of business but you?ll also work directly with our operations team to help develop sustainable processes/systems across the company. Your talents for working productively with a variety of functional business partners to help them achieve efficiencies, gather data insights and implement useful technology? all while running a marathon without sweating ? just kidding on the sweating. Yep! This is a big job!
Some of the fun things that need to be done:
? Designing and managing standardized processes and procedures to support sales effectiveness
? Providing skillful follow up on all documents, meetings, communication while at the same time helping reinforce the excitement for our client?s vision
? Serving as a Salesforce?Super User?, just short of programming you know exactly how to set up views, modify flows and generate beautiful reports!
? Building our product catalog in Salesforce and Zuora ? keeping it up to date and accurate
? Managing our contracttemplate library so that when new versions are approved they are immediately recorded.
? Monitoring all active contracts for appropriate approvals, renewals, extensions and changes ? making sure that e-signatures are in place and each minute detail is covered
? Facilitating and helping deliver sales training for new products, features and markets
? Taking ownership of all vendor product subscriptions, usage, renewals and agreements
? Pitching in wherever you can to make our workplace amazing!
What you?ll bring to the table:
?Bachelor?s degree in a Business discipline
? 3+ years of experience in a sales operations role where you are supporting multiple business lines and multiple products under a single company brand
?SaaS company experience is essential in order to understand the complexities of subscription management and pricing
? Guru level technology aptitude and curiosity ? configuration, implementation, reporting and data modeling ? all in a days? work!
? Incredible project management skills ? no detail or task escapes your ?eagle eye? and avoiding risks by operating proactively is just how you are wired
? Naturally analytical with the ability to see patterns and insights ? Spidey sense!
? Strong command of spelling, grammar with a refined communication style
? Demonstrated experience as a trainer, facilitator or teacher
? Uber detailed ? you love getting into the weeds!
? A talent for making sense out of obscurity ? you immediately begin executing concepts in your mind the moment someone has an idea
