Agari is looking for a Sales Operations Manager who will lead the sales operations process and improve sales effectiveness. The Sales Operations Manager will advance sales processes, sales training/onboarding and sales program implementation in order to enable increased velocity by our salesforce. The successful candidate will partner with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Finance and will report to the VP of Business Operations.
Run sales enablement - take content from marketing and sales leadership and drive learning, uptake and certification with the sales team as well as effectively onboard new hires.
Salesforce.com administration including new customer administration, opportunity management, territory assignments and adjustments and end user experience; assist sales team and set and ensure standards for Salesforce.com data quality.
Work with Sales Management on territory planning to segment sales territories for optimal penetration and growth. You will own the underlying data quality and implementation in our systems.
Empower sales to utilize reseller partnerships. You will work closely with our Director of Channel to to understand everything about the reseller relationship including: on-boarding new resellers, sell-through as well as referral forecasts for each reseller and assist our sales team when co-selling with resellers.
Provide management and oversight of cross-functional initiatives related to sales operations such as systems integration, vendor management and operations planning.
5+ years’ experience in Sales Operations
2+ years of experience having directly managedSalesforce.com and surrounding tools supporting sales processes such as forecasting, territory management, quoting and data management. (Certification as a Salesforce Administrator preferred)
Experience working with sales operations function with similar needs and job function
Comfort working in ambiguity with a bent towards fast execution and iteration.
Project management mindset on task execution.
Bonus: Knowledge of other sales productivity tools like: Clari (Forecasting), Prospecting Databases (DiscoverOrg, Rainking, LinkedIn or others), QBR (BigMachines, CPQ or others)
