Job Summary

The CRM (customer relationship management) Operations Manager will oversee the team of Sales Operations Coordinators to manage lead and account data within the system. He/she will be responsible for coordinating with the Echo sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for system improvement. A majority of the focus will be on managing data and reporting within and extensive experience is required.

Responsible for on-going implementation and support of multiple projects. He/she must be able to lead and contribute to all aspects of CRM projects, including data integration and data integrity on the Salesforce platform. He/she will need to collaborate with key business users, development teams, and Executive leadership to drive effective sales results that exceed the expectations of internal stakeholders. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Works under general supervision. Creativity and analytical problem solving is required.



  • Oversee team that manages lead transfers, imports, approvals, and database cleanup
  • Own Salesforce Reporting, Dashboards, and Pipeline management for Sales Reps and Managers
  • Perform regular data audits and develop and maintain database health reporting
  • Leverage Salesforce to track and report progress across various segments including: large accounts, branch locations, agents & stations, and other major industry verticals
  • Maintain, segment, and analyze CRM and marketing automation data
  • Track inbound marketing activity and measure lead funnel conversion
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance and deliver actionable insights
  • Create and track sales spiff reporting as well as ad-hoc sales reporting requests
  • Develop materials and lead training for sales teams on best practices with
  • Keep up to date on the latest applications and enhancements to determine appropriate partnerships and improvements to our CRM


  • Salesforce Business Super User with advanced Salesforce training course completions
  • 3+ years managing a CRM/sales operations team; 8+ years total experience
  • Logistics experience is a plus
  • Experience working with Sales and Service Cloud;


Skills & Knowledge

  • Extensive knowledge of
  • Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Cognos or Tableau
  • Experience with marketing automation tools such as Marketo or Pardot
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, IT, Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication, meeting facilitation, and organizational skills with ability to express complex business concepts in technical terms via presentations and written format
  • Proven experience of sales and sales processes
  • Knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases is preferred
