As a business partner on the Sales Operations team, you will play a critical role on a diverse and fast-paced team that is tasked with operationalizing the strategy for Private Bank & Wealth and optimizing business performance. You will partner closely with Private Bank’s Leadership and an array of individuals from Insights, Marketing, and Products to deliver on the objectives set forth by the business unit. You will play a pivotal role in driving strategy, uncovering market potential, developing actionable insights, and improving processes (and even developing new ones). As a business partner, you will be responsible for thinking critically, generating reports/insights, providing recommendations, and aiding in driving the overall success of the Private Bank group.

Primary Responsibilities:
Support the head of Private Bank and Wealth in driving data-focused decisions through deep-dive analytics and business acumen
Develop and implement analysis that identify key drivers behind sales performance including sales pipelines, trends, market share/primary bank, and segmentation
Utilize data in Salesforce, in proprietary data warehouse, and in other data sources to provide various views/cuts into the business
Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation, process redesign, or development of new ones; evaluate performance indicators (at various levels) and provide solutions to business challenges
Create high-quality monthly reports for internal consumption that combines market observations from sales teams along with data insights
Make recommendations to help improve business partner’ productivity and performance; proactively review and identify leading and lagging indicators
Support senior executives in tracking team performance and analyzing key metrics related to client acquisition pipeline, loan portfolio, funding, product penetration, referral channels, etc.
Partner with senior executives to identify business requirements for performance dashboards and control charts as necessary to monitor performance
Ability to plan and work independently with minimal supervision effectively in a highly complex, entrepreneurial within a time-sensitive environment
Drive data quality & integrity in collaboration with building and maintaining key documentation regarding PBWA’s policies, processes, and engagement rules to ensure data hygiene
Qualifications
Required
Minimum 5 year of experience with sales, sales operations, and/or analytics
Bachelor’s degree
Super user of data reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint)
Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to communicate clearly and concisely; is effective in formal/informal meeting and presentation settings; commands attention and can manage group process during presentation/discussion and achieve group consensus
Ability to gain support for change by providing context and responding to concerns; takes initiative to recommend/develop creative approaches to accomplishing tasks/priorities
Strong prioritization skills, including leading multiple initiatives at the same time
Preferred
Proven experience developing business strategy, and/or sales operation or equivalent skills
Interest in retail banking and wealth investments, private bank, and venture capital ecosystems
Strong initiative, intellectual curiosity, and ownership
Demonstrated ability to operate with significant autonomy and discretion
Ability to work across organizational boundaries and move fast while juggling multiple projects – all while keeping very close attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with co-workers of various backgrounds and experience, and to work well within cross-functional teams
