Sales Operations Analyst

Cisco Meraki is looking for a dedicated, data driven Sales Operations Analyst to join our team based in San Francisco. The Sales Ops Analyst is the go to thought partner for our sales team, building new and better processes, developing and delivering insights, and creating and supporting dashboards to help sales leaders drive their business.

In this highly collaborative role, you will be relied on as the expert in sales process, you will maintain and work in, and you will deliver best practices to the broader Meraki teams in how to best use SFDC. You will test your analytical chops by building dynamic territory and revenue models to help build equitable sales patches, and you will need to rely on your communication prowess when providing these insights to sales leaders and executives. You hone your ability to manage large projects as Meraki continues to rapidly expand, resulting in the need for new processes and tools.


  • Manage and improve upon existing sales and sales operations process
  • Implement phase two of Meraki’s lead management process, including tools, process, and data architecture
  • Build rep territory and segmentation models ; act as primary advisor on sales coverage
  • Build and manage rep territory and lead routing rules in
  • Produce & automate weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting as required
  • Develop and improve the functional areas of data management, forecasting, sales opportunities, dashboards and reports
  • Manage Salesforce user requests, system troubleshooting, and system escalations
  • Create and maintain Salesforce policies, procedures, and process documentation
  • Perform monthly revenue and account audits ensuring is the source of truth
  • Work with leadership on ad-hoc strategic operational projects


  • Curious, quick learner, who loves fast paced environments
  • 4+ years relevant experience in Sales Operations
  • Experience with technical aspects of Salesforce, particularly in reporting and hierarchy management
  • Strong analytic experience in financial modeling, data analysis and insights
  • Ability to think globally and strategically, then roll up sleeves to execute
  • Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently & solve problems independently
  • High degree of attention to detail
  • Energetic, personable, and comfortable working under tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships with other departments
  • Experience with SQL and technical aspect of data (data warehousing, metadata) a plus
  • Excel pro
  • Bachelor’s Degree with a technical or quantitative focus.
