You're an experienced sales operations professional with at least 3 years experience working with a CRM. You've got strong business acumen and are extremely analytical. You enjoy working with department heads to manage operational functions and provide data driven insight while recommending and implementing changes to increase overall productivity.
Here at G5, the Sales Operations Analyst will be well versed in the ongoing administration of current CRM (Salesforce). This role will work cross functionally with Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Finance, and other departments. This role will support the ongoing administration of Salesforce as well as other functions in support of operations such as generating weekly/monthly/quarterly reports, exception reporting as well as ad hoc requests from other departments.
