ScribbleLive is looking for a Sales and Marketing Operations Manager with a proven success record of overseeing, managing, and optimizing the sales and marketing technology stack end to end. This position can be based out of our Toronto, Canada, Boca Raton, FL office or remote.

Roll up your sleeves -- this is a hands-on role.

In this highly visible role, you will drive the execution of sales and marketing with operational software such as sales CRM (SFDC), marketing automation (Marketo), and more. You will own the day-to-day management and operations of the CRM and marketing automation platform focused on lead management processes, including lead monitoring, routing, scoring and hand-off to sales with metrics. You will also own the optimization of tracking and targeting abilities to support marketing initiatives and strategies.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Because you’re a rockstar, you will:

  • Manage the executive dashboards, sales reporting across the organization

  • Manage and optimize the routing and workflows

  • Company policies and facilitate standardization for reporting metrics that measure the health of the business and solves issues.

  • Track sales and marketing campaign effectiveness for upsell, new business acquisition and retention

  • Track and report on performance to optimize team performance and for ongoing planning

  • Optimize the Martech stack for efficiency and accuracy in tracking and reporting

  • Work with marketing and sales teams to set up proper lead flow process and track conversions rates and develop reporting for sales development and top to bottom funnel analysis, ABM, SEM, email and other channels

  • Effectively communicate between sales and marketing to set priorities and manage internal and external resources


  • 5+ years demonstrated data and technology success in SaaS, B2B, or E-commerce or MarTech

  • Salesforce CRMexperiencerequired [certification preferred]

  • Marketo fluency required [certification preferred]

  • SalesLoft proficiency is a plus

  • Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of multi-channel marketing and sales operations including managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication skills especially across a collaborative, cross-team, cross-cultural capacity. This role requires you to work across all levels of the organization.

  • A highly analytical approach to reporting and analyzing performance metrics with a focus on continuous improvement and optimization.

  • Excellent written, verbal communication, reporting and presentation skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, Master’s degreepreferred
