Purpose of the role:

  • Develop marketing strategy and implement for North America.
  • Increase market share in existing markets and maximize new business development opportunities in all sales channels.
  • Responsible for marketing activities by attending and participating in the preparations of trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
  • Implementation of new product development tasks according to the company's annual product development goals.
  • Analyze product gross margin, positioning and pricing, product promotion, and increase market share.
  • Track and analyze competitors' movements, research competitors' products and positioning.
  • Monitor market and competitive issues, actions, pricing and trends through ongoing market research, competitive intelligence, market analysis, and testing.
  • Create effective sales tools and specific product marketing collateral including packing, brochures, advertising, presentations, case studies, etc. for the sales and distributors to ensure deep selling expertise.
  • Develop and implement sales strategy to achieve sales objectives of NA.
  • Introduce, develop and maintain NA client relationships, communicate with all existing clients and potential clients to provide best-in-class services.
  • Perform sales analysis to identity opportunities and adapt new strategies to keep up with current and future business and sales trends.


  • Four year degree required, Engineering degree preferred (mechanical) MBA or advanced degree in Marketing is an added advantage
  • At least 7 years’ sales or business development experience in global market
  • Desire experience in product management and marketing related activities such as VOCs, market analysis, seeking to understand customers’ needs, translating and assisting R&D with new product development to meet customer’s needs.
  • Experienced in key accounts management
  • Experienced in developing new customers
  • Strong in trade understanding, promotional effectiveness, customer negotiation.
  • Can manage Cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent business acumen, result -oriented and self-motivated.
  • Good leadership, team building and organization skills.
  • Familiar with mechanical products.
