This position is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of a focused sales strategy to meet both financial and qualitative objectives. The individual has a proven record of building relationships throughout the market. The Sales Manager will work closely with Agents, Wholesalers, Contractors, Engineers and internal Watts partners in Pricing, Logistics, Training, and other departments.Be the voice of the customer and promote customer centric mindset.
Develop and execute national product sales strategy.
Develop and execute market sales strategy with lead agents in the following territory: (Atlantic Canada).
Manages and directs all daily and long-range activities to include sales management, customer relations, inventory control, proposal development and quotations, pricing strategies, and managing channel conflict.
Build long-term relationships with customers and strengthen Watts Water Technologies image.
