The Sales Manager for Sinch Contact Center (SCC) is a field-based employee that supports Sinch field sales by driving additional focus to SCC-solution as part of SCC Specialized Sales Team. The role of support manager is to drive additional sales focus to SCC by bringing solution expertise to the frontline, qualifying the sales opportunities and working together with field account executives on bidding processes. The support manager is responsible for proactively developing the SCC business by focusing on demand generation with a strong focus on mid-term revenue perspective.
Sales manager is responsible for building the account executive relationships within Sinch and being the trusted advisor for field account executives with any SCC related topics. The support manager provides support during the whole sales cycle – from prospecting to closing the deals. Position is a quota carrying role, measured on Annual Contract Value against budget, market share growth and field account executive overall satisfaction.
As our new support manager you will be responsible for:
You will be reporting to the VP Contact Center Sales and be based in US working closely with the local Sinch sales teams.
You have extensive experience from a sales role in the cloud, messaging or Contact Centre space. You have experience from business development planning and execution and experience in driving sales pipeline, demand generation, and enablement. You are an excellent communicator with the ability to bring innovative ideas to the team and champion best practices. You are able to gain trust and work effectively with your key counterparts.
