ü Consistently produce referral business from a portfolioof local accounts, partnerships and neighbouring businesses with a clear focuson generation of business revenue streams across all products locally and acrossthe entire Regus network (export business).
ü Consistently achievesKPI’s on activity: Calls, Meetings face to face, Tours, Networking events.
ü Drives high conversion of all products througheffectively following the sales process, ultimately resulting in a positive impactto the occupancy and profitability.
ü Meets or exceed the sales targets/metrics, such asprice & margin, revenue targets, deal volumes and conversion ratios forlocal and export KPI’s.
ü Utilizing thesales tools provided conduct perfect tours per Regus process offering acustomized solution through consultative selling.
ü Participates inand adds value to team meetings and training sessions regularly as the businessdemands
ü Reports sales activity accurately daily, weekly andmonthly as per Regus sales process.
ü Ensures cohesive communication and delivery ofcontract within local team in order to create a seamless transition for the prospectbecoming a Regus customer.
ü Using Regus approved marketing channels to selfgenerate consistent streams for new enquiries and deals
ü Develops a high level of real estate and territory knowledge withinall the following areas: competition, industry segments, market segments,target companies
Essential Skills and Abilities
ackground Sales Experience:
ü Previous experience selling products or servicesolutions through direct sales within a business-to-business salesenvironment. (not necessary for Grads)
ü Experienced at presenting to groups of prospects.
ü Proven success in self lead generation andbusiness development
ü Previous experience of brand-responsibilityand acting as a key representative spokesperson of the company whilst in the field
ü Professional andclear communication skills coupled with the ability to network at a high level and build strongbusiness relationships.
ü Proven objection handling, prospecting andnegotiation skills.
ü Flexibility to work the hours required tosolicit new leads, make contact with prospects and ultimately convert prospectsto customers.
ü Intermediatelevel of MS office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
ü Customer servicefocused at all times with the ability to remain flexible and calm in highpressure or continually changing situations.
