Thixomolding -

Summary: This position focuses on thixomolding business development and thixomolding plant operations support. The Thixomolding Product Manager is responsible for identifying and developing engineering intensive, commercial/sales activities within targeted thixomolding accounts, working in conjunction with regional BDM and territory reps. This position will also assume responsibility for thixomolding project management of both new launch and current business. The position will establish and maintain a close relationship with plant personnel, aiding in the creation and maintenance of a world class thixomolding production operation.

High performance polymers -

Summary:

This position focuses on the HPP business development, sales and support. Includes direct sales responsibility for customers in HPP. The HPP Product Manager is responsible developing the strategy and identifying engineering intensive, commercial/sales activities within targeted HPP accounts, working in conjunction with the Vice President Sales and territory reps.

This position will also assume responsibility for HPP project management of new launch programs and penetrate existing HPP customer base for new HPP opportunities. The position will establish and maintain a close relationship with plant personnel, aiding in the creation and maintenance of a world class HPP production operation.

Thermoplastic-

Summary: This position focuses on the TP business development, sales and support. Includes direct sales responsibility for current and new TP customers.

The TP Product Manager is responsible developing the strategy and identifying engineering intensive, commercial/sales activities within targeted TP accounts, working in conjunction with the Vice President Sales and territory reps.

This position will also assume responsibility for TP commercial project management of new launch programs and penetrate existing TP customer base for new TP opportunities.

The position will establish and maintain a close relationship with plant personnel, aiding in the creation and maintenance of a world class TP supplier.

Automotive -

Summary: This position focuses on the Automotive Functional & Mechanical (F&M) business development, sales and support. Includes direct sales responsibility for current F&M customers.

The F&M Sales Manager is responsible developing the strategy and identifying commercial sales opportunities within targeted F&M accounts, working in conjunction with the Vice President Sales. This position will also assume responsibility for the commercial project management of new launch programs.

The position will establish and maintain a close relationship with plant personnel, aiding in the creation and maintenance of a world class supplier within the Automotive market.

Requirements:

  • B.S. in Engineering or Business required.
  • MS or MBA preferred.
  • Five years experience in direct sales including working on major OEM accounts and knowledge of specific industries.
  • Proven history of sales growth.
  • Sales supervisor experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent motivator with strong persuasive skills.
