The Flatiron School is seeking a Sales Manager, On-Campus Admissions to join our rapidly growing Admissions team. At Flatiron School, we teach technical skills to passionate, curious people, and help them kick off careers in technology. Our Sales Manager, On-Campus Admissions team is responsible for ensuring that applicants and prospective applicants understand and enroll in our on-campus programs. Flatiron School has successfully trained and placed students with backgrounds ranging from Harvard PhDs to low-income students with GEDs, into roles at companies ranging from small startups to organizations like Google, NASA and Goldman Sachs.
The Sales Manager, On-Campus Admissions Manager will be responsible for leading day to day success of a team of Account Executives. This leader will work hand-in-hand with the Director of Admissions, Sales Training Manager and VP of Admissions, to ensure the Admissions team is consistently driving day to day activity, meeting or exceeding conversion and sales targets, and operates within best practices.
