Continuing its ambitious plans for growth in the U.S., our Client is now looking to hire an exceptionally talented Sales Manager / Sales Executive. This is a challenging and exciting role with responsibility for the growth of the company’s business in the U.S. The Sales Manager will take responsibility for managing and growing existing relationships and partnerships as well as developing new business and growing sales via a combination of direct and channelsales.
This is an exciting opportunity for talented and ambitious sales professional who would relish the opportunity to build something new and exciting. The company is looking for a talented “go-getter” with knowledge and experience in marketing, advertising, “customer experience” and CRM, preferably across a number of business sectors. The SM will work closely w/ Project Managers and will report directly to G.M. Americas.
- Lead and manage sales via a combination of direct and channelsales i.e. Creative Agencies and system integrators to develop new and grow existing clients.
- Create awareness and demand via various marketingcampaigns.
- Meet ambitious sales targets.
- The successful candidate will possess the following knowledge experience and skills sets to meet the above responsibilities.
- +4years of Enterprise salesexperience, B2B is preferred.
- A proven record of successful sales & revenue generation preferably across a number of business sectors.
- A proven track record of developing strong client relationships, and ability to work cross functionally.
- A comprehensive network / rolodex of key decision makers and industry players.
- The successful candidate will possess the following personal attributes and abilities: A self-starter, determined and ambitious professional driven by success, Highly motivated with a ‘can do’ attitude and focus on results.
- Must have and demonstrate outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and oral.
- A creative thinker with strong analytical and strategic abilities.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, in line with the dynamic nature and demands of a start-up environment.
- Base Salary $85K - $90K, Commissions $90K
