The Sales Manager, Medicare Advantage (MA) is responsible for supervision of all sales activities related to distribution of resources, production reports, commission payouts, and mentoring of sales representatives on the team. In addition, the Sales Manager MA will ensure that MA plans are presented providing full disclosure, and in compliance with corporate policy and procedure.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Health Administration or related field is required.
Professional level of knowledge of business, administrative, consulting, healthcare marketing and management theory. Comprehensive understanding of health system resources, policies and procedures, systems, and professional skill bank. Understanding and experience in relationship and project management and building teams.
Requires 3 years’ directly related experience in health insurance, and 2 years of management experience. Related experience working with government programs, specifically MA, is required.
