Seeking strategic Regional Sales Manager who is a purpose-driven, self-starting individual who excels in a fast-paced work environment and is capable of leading a team to exceed regional sales targets. This profitable growth driver is responsible for recruiting, coaching, and training the best sales talent while partnering with the centers of excellence and customizing a business strategy for the applicable region.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive a culture of safety, performance, and accountability
  • Develop key talent and performance management to ensure achievement of business goals
  • Collaborate and align with Business Manager for performance and direction of Account Managers
  • Coach, manage and develop the Regional Inside Sales Leader to improve skillset and achieve best in class sales capabilities
  • Coach, manage and develop Sales Support to support the needs of the new business sales team
  • Travel with the Business Development Managers on a regular basis to coach and improve skillset to develop best in class sales capabilities
  • Coach, develop and performance manage the Business Development & Inside Sales team to exceed monthly, quarterly and annual orders and booked gross margin
  • Manage use of Thrive CRM, EDGE training, Water Quote and sales metrics to drive sales efficiency and objectives
  • Collaborate with Sales Processes to ensure consistency across regions
  • Set sales strategy and deployment of the Business Development Managers & Inside Sales team to drive profitable growth through best in class people development
  • Work with Marketing to target transformative growth with new customers in strategic markets
  • Reports to Regional GM

Education and Experience:

  • BS/BA degree and/or demonstrated experience in related role required
  • Experience in water solutions or service related market is a plus
  • Prefer minimum of 5 years of sales leadership – managing sales team and delivering results
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Strategic sales proficiency that drives sales success
  • Strong coaching and development skills

Travel requirement-40% to 50% regionally
