Out client, a successful and trusted back office service provider is looking for a Sales Manager to join its growing sales team. You will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects in the Northeast territory, while Up-selling Company's existing client base. The goal is to meet and surpass the company's expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities & expand existing client base.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on services in client meetings.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions and networking events
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team & oversea colleagues to achieve better results
Your Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in selling back office services - is an advantage
- A people person, trustworthy and personable.
- Be able to perform in a high demand / time sensitive environment
- Ability to multi task and wear different hats.
- Works well in a dynamic startup environment
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Some travelrequired.
