Out client, a successful and trusted back office service provider is looking for a Sales Manager to join its growing sales team. You will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects in the Northeast territory, while Up-selling Company's existing client base. The goal is to meet and surpass the company's expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.

Your Responsibilities

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities & expand existing client base.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on services in client meetings.
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions and networking events
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team & oversea colleagues to achieve better results

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in selling back office services - is an advantage
  • A people person, trustworthy and personable.
  • Be able to perform in a high demand / time sensitive environment
  • Ability to multi task and wear different hats.
  • Works well in a dynamic startup environment
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Some travelrequired.

Salary

$80K - $100K
$80K - $100K base, uncapped bonus
