Responsibilities

The Sales Manager will be responsible for:

  • Securing profitable SaaS subscriptions and consulting services through proactive business development and management of A&M Energy Solutions resources
  • Working with A&M department heads, relationship managers, and salespeople to identify prospects
  • Prioritizing client targets based on a fundamental understanding of the prospect’s business, operations, and objectives
  • Developing long-term client relationships and tailoring solutions to meet each client’s unique needs and business problems
  • Embodying the voice of the customer and sharing client feedback with key stakeholders
  • Setting proper client expectations and ensuring quality and profitability in delivery
  • Expanding market share by taking responsibility for your business
  • Adding and maintaining relevant information in Salesforce CRM
  • Working with Analysts, Auditors and other members of the A&M Energy Solutions team to provide a superior customer experience

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study
  • 5+ years of experience selling technology-oriented solutions to Middle-Market and Fortune 500 clients
  • Proven track record of developing client relationships and managing long-term engagements
  • Previous experience with building controls, cloud software, IoT, or energy management solutions is highly beneficial
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and be driven to succeed
