Continuously coach and teach sales reps in developing a strong sales process to close their opportunities to meet revenue goals.
Continuously encourage and develop discipline in your sales team with regards to updating the CRM timely and with high-quality information and other admin-related tasks pertinent to the role.
You have:
Naturally positive attitude
2-10 years of sales management experience with a proven track record of success
SaaS specific sales experience. Deep understanding of the SaaS sales cycle.
HCM experience is a plus.
Superior coaching skills.
Passion for helping sales reps improve.
Strong analytical skills to identify team trends and patterns to drive results.
