MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
• Manage the relationship between Crenlo and major customers. Responsibilities will normally include multiple accounts. 
• Maintain/improve product pricing/margins through a myriad of product changes and market situations. 
• Manage Crenlo performance “creating customer value” by participation in a broad cross-functional team focused on exceeding customer expectations for product and information quality and on-time delivery. 
• Maintain Crenlo value-ledger for each account, focused at communicating the value Crenlo provides in the relationship. The value ledger is critical to justify Crenlo price expectations and separate Crenlo from a commodity market. 
• Research and maintain customer and competitor information key to supporting quote activity in a competitive market.

Experience/Education Required
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND QUALIFICATIONS: 
EDUCATION: 
• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering. 

WORK EXPERIENCE: 

• A minimum of 10-years marketing experience. 
• Technical/manufacturing background a positive. 

SKILLS: 

• Strong communication skills are required; oral, written, and interpersonal. 
• Must be able to handle multiple projects. 
• Knowledge and experience in general accounting is helpful, as is understanding of a manufacturing environment. 
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) products is required.
