The Commercial Sales Manager, responsible for identifying, supporting and developing sales opportunities within various vertical market segments, including but not limited to foodservice, hospitality, industrial, commercial, safety and specialty applications. The Commercial Sales Manager will serve Rheem’s Eemax Division. What You’ll Do:

  • Identify, evaluate, and recommend Eemax products for national commercial accounts
  • Work with Applications Engineering team to develop solutions
  • Manage third party – segment specific rep agencies as assigned.
  • Track opportunities and report out to leadership team


  • Bachelor’s Degree, technical or engineering discipline preferred
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in product sales and/or business development
  • Preferred knowledge of water heaters market/channels
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skill
  • Demonstrated ability to understand, analyze and articulate business processes, improvement opportunities and applications in a holistic manner
  • Ability to Travel, including driving (up to 70%)
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with others in a team environment
