About the Role
The ideal candidate for this position will be able to manage the sales life cycle of very large and complex clients that have thousands of employees. You will need to build in a consultative sales approach that allows the clients problems to be solved before the transition to the new platform every occurs. You must possess the ability to network at industry events, as well as in front of the C-suite in a board room at a finalist presentation. With many moving parts, you must be able to navigate the turbulent waters of explaining the innovative process to help engage employees with their full suite of communication tools. Decision makers will want to know how you are going to make their employees' lives easier, along with theirs from an administrative standpoint.
Regional Sales Manager Requirements
- 7-10 years of successful sales experienceworking with technology sales within the Human Capital Management/Benefits Administration market.
- Extensive knowledge of selling SaaS platform.
- Enterprise level sales a must (1,000-10,000 employees per account).
- Travel through the territory up to 50% of the time.
