This important team member will be responsible for establishing relationships and securing business from existing and prospective clients, selling ACCESS‘ services to major corporations, associations, and incentive travel companies.
Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years’ in DMC sales with a proven track record of success (and references), or similar role within the hospitality industry. Must be goal oriented, a strategic thinker, self-starter and self-disciplined; demonstrating excellent communication skills, time-management and attention to detail, as well as the ability to handle multiple priorities. Good computer skills a must (including MSWindows, Word, Excel, Outlook and ACT!). Ability to manage flexible program schedules.
Other Criteria: Strong math skills; customer service oriented; excellent presentation, people, and writing skills; ability to work in a team environment and be a motivating influence.
