JOB DESCRIPTION:

Be on the cutting edge of helping to upgrade the aging water infrastructure and distribution systems throughout the U.S.! We are seeking an ambitious sales ?hunter? to lead all new prospecting and sales growth of industrial coating applications within the Municipal waterworks market in eastern Pennsylvania and western New Jersey. As a Senior Sales Representative you will sell multi-million dollar commercial painting and tank renovation/upgrade programs, in addition to other core services such as water well rehabilitation services, equipment maintenance assessments and long-term sustainable asset management solutions. Top producers earn consistently over $300K each year!

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

4-year BS/BA degreerequired.

5+ years successful sales experience in the Industrial Coatings, Commercial Painting, Metal Finishing, Municipal or Industrial Water, Water Metering, or Civil Construction industries.

Demonstrated ability to collect data, assess mechanical or process equipment, make recommendations for improvements, prepare commercial proposals, and close new business.

MUST HAVE: well-developed prospecting and cold-calling skills, including use of technology and social media tools.

Experience selling long-term maintenance contracts or master service agreements (MSA) is a plus.

Well-rounded mechanical aptitude and familiarity with painting/coating equipment, scaffolding, pumps, motors, valves, flanges, seals, piping, tanks, sensors, instrumentation and/or control systems.

Clear track record of high sales achievements.

Entrepreneurial drive and ability to work independently with little or no supervision.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Experience with SalesForce.com or similar CRM is plus.

Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Valid driver?s license with good driving record.
