- Coach assigned members of the inside sales team to utilize best practice and successful sales techniques.
- Monitor and approve timecards and timekeeping practices of assigned members of the inside sales team.
- Monitor calls made by inside sales team for regulatory compliance and Inogen standards.
- Review order for accuracy and completeness to ensure transition to Billing and /or CCC is expedited.
- Conduct regular "Listen ins", "sit ins" and other monitoring for training or improvement exercises.
- Manage the new hire Buddy Program for all assigned new hires
- Hire, manage, develop and train inside sales professionals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Previous experience with lead management software and customer relationship databases is desired
- Must be able to motivate and mentor team
- Medical industry background desired, homecare experience a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- BA in Business, English, Communications or related area desirable
- 3-5 years Sales/Customer Service background or relevant work
- 1-3 year's management experiencepreferred
