Alegeus seeks a Sales Executive to join their dedicated, passionate team of professionals. The Sales Executive will focus on growth of new logos through identifing prospects to leverage the Alegeus value proposition, add on support services to their proposals and quotes, co-present Marketing / Consumer materials, and build deep relationships to help them understand the Employer and Consumer benefits.  


  • Bring on new logos for Alegeus to support their CDH business through technology, services, and go-to-market strategies
  • Generate leads across markets for Alegeus prospects
  • Position Alegeus’ strengths against that of competition
  • Develop sales presentations, pricing, strategic plan to win, and relationship mapping with clients and prospects
  • Key resource and SME for sales and account management team
  • Ensure that Prospects can articulate the value to Employers to understand benefits of CDPs/HDPs so when a choice exists, a greater percent of people select a CDP/HDP
  • Bring best practices that yield consumer growth to colleagues across the Alegeus portfolio 


  • Bachelor’s in Business and / or equivalent work experience
  • 10 years of Sales, account management and relationship management experience, particurally in healthcare 


  • Professional communications (verbal and written)
  • Consulting / advising experience to guide partners to success
  • Must be well organized, self-starter, quick learner and change adaptive
  • Strong sense of results orientation and urgency to move market quickly
  • Knowledge of the healthcarelandscape
  • Enjoys partnering withothers and sharing best practices
  • Strong partnering skills both with clients and colleagues
  • Tenacity and focus on account penetration proven success
  • Passion for helping consumers understand benefits of CDPs
  • CDH experience
  • TPA and / or Health Planexperience
  • HSA or bankingexperience 


  • Amount of total contract and annual revenue value signed
  • Relationships harvested to expand network
  • Represent Alegeus and its values in all dealings
  • Pipeline accuracy
