  • Determine customer solution requirements and coordinate internal team required to implement and deliver customer solution
  • Negotiate contracts for software, hardware & services
  • Develop lasting relationships with the target customers and prospective customers
  • Prepare detailed proposals that include hardware, software and services in order to effectively represent solutions and position the company to win
  • Respond to customer requests for proposals that include all areas of company products & services
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve assigned goals
  • Prepare sales forecast as required
  • Represent company at outside events (i.e. trade shows, conferences, association meetings) as requested by management
  • Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion
  • Monitor and evaluate the activities and products of the competition



  • 5-7+ years of professional experience, preferably in the Restaurant field
  • 2-3+ years experience of successful sales within the restaurant vertical
  • Experience meeting customer goals through deployment of technology
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong consultative selling, listening, and writing skills
  • Ability to understand client needs and demonstrate the impact and value of products and services
  • Comprehensive knowledge of how products and services can positively impact operations
  • Ability to provide dynamic product demonstrations
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, business, computer science/engineering, or another related field
  • Must be willing and able to travel as necessary to meet objectives (up to 50%)
