Sales Executive Public & Labor ( Group Insurance )
Sales representative selling dental, vision, and voluntary through insurance brokers and consultants. Sales rep will market through brokers to employers 100-5000 lives.
Sales for dental, vision, and voluntary in the South Florida market. Focus on groups from 100 to 5,000 lives. Develops and cultivates strong relationships with key constituents to maximize sales opportunities and achieve profitable growth.
Ensures product, pricing and services meet client's needs while meeting Aetna revenue growth and profit objectives. Manages and builds producer relations as needed depending on book of business or market segment(s) being supported.
Collaborates with internal partners and/or external constituents to uncover profitable growth and cross-sell opportunities within new or existing customers and to support post-sale activities. Coordinates presentations. Develops/maintains and communicates expertise on products, industry, and emerging marketplace trends.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Licensed Life & Health Producer 3-5 years selling life, disability and/or dental/vision Successful track record of sales Strong relationships with top brokers and consultants in the territory Strong written and verbal communication skill Strong analytical skills.
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
