Based from our Manhattan offices, the general purpose of this position is to establish, maintain and grow relationships with existing and prospective clients to achieve maximum revenue potential.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Sell new products to in-active clients & potential prospects

Develop new business by following up on leads generated by lead campaigns, trade shows and inbound telephone, website leads and outbound calls

Responsible for monthly and long-term renewals of current client contracts

Establish and cultivate key relationships via the telephone

Contact assigned accounts to maintain and generate continued sales of our services

Attain established goals set by self and direct manager

Job Qualifications, Required Knowledge, Skills and Attributes

Hunter Mind set

Ability to work in a team atmosphere

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organization and time management skills

Detail Oriented

Strong knowledge Microsoft Office products and experience with a CRM system

Bachelor's degree

Experience in the recruitment industry or working for a job board / careers website

Marketing or online advertising experience would also be a great transferable skill
