The primary function of the Sales Executive is to continuously bring in streams of new client revenue to Monster Media as well as grow existing relationships through implementation of fresh, innovative strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and build lead lists of companies to target for advertising in various markets.
  • Secure meetings with key decision makers at the client and agency level
  • Present Monster Media’s products to perspective clients effectively
  • Develop proposals that target client’s marketing and sales objectives
  • Generate a high volume of sales activity including cold calls, presentations, proposals and meetings
  • Maintain relationships with current clients and upsell for the following year
  • Generate revenue thorough new sales in Digital, Social, OOH and Events
  • Consistently meet/exceed quarterly sales budget
  • Collaborate with other internal departments to ensure positive customer experiences and complete client satisfaction
  • Actively pursue involvement in speaking engagements/boards within vertical
  • Work collaboratively with sales teams to generate business and expand existing accounts across all verticals

Requirements

  • 5+ years advertising sales experience in digital media with a demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and outperforming revenue goals
  • Extensive experience canvassing and cold-calling into brands, agencies, etc
  • Familiar with Out of Home, Digital Out of Home, Retail and social media
  • Proven track record of winning new business and maintaining those relationships
  • Understanding of interactive development and creative processes
  • In depth experience and solid knowledge of retail design, production and execution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly self-motivated with a desire to learn and develop new skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin)
  • Excellent public speaking skills
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Must be able to travel
