Flexible Packaging Sales Executive responsibilities include developing new prospects and interacting with existing customers to increase sales of the organization's products. This position is a field sales position that requires interfacingwith the management group and product development as well as working closelywith Customer Service Representatives in order to service existing customers and build new relationships.

 

Flexible Packaging Sales executive:

 

  • Sales Representative will develop and implement selling strategies with customers
  •  (2) plus years of progressive outside salesexperience
  • Interact with existing customers to increase sales of organization’s products
  • Interface with management and product development to service existing customers and build new relationships
  • Forecast sales volumes based on current and historic order rates
  • Administration of pricing, quality issues and claims; requiredreports
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Sales training experience (a plus)
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the specific sales and/or related industry
  • Excellent communication and teaming skills; ability to work cross-functionally to drive business solutions
  • Process and project management skills
  • Able to set priorities and achieve goals
  • Excellent presentation and effective communication skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to multi-task
