North America Sales Execution Manager

The Manager of Sales Execution is a critical champion and enabler of Sales Success through the development and sustainment of sales processes and key sales process support tools.  The position will contribute to the growth of the company through sales strategy creation and execution.


Responsibilities:





    • Build and Sustain North America sales processes including standard work around Funnel Management, Win/Loss reporting, and sales standard of workBuild and Sustain deep adoption of standard work around Salesforce CRM in North America

 

    • Measure and Grow Funnel and Funnel Velocity as well as other measures of sales force effectiveness

 

    • Drive the enforcement of business rules in the CRM System

 

    • Develop and manage key performance metrics to measure all aspects of the selling process

 

  • Assist in managing the NACO Growth War Room process and visual management to ensure Policy Deployment and KPI’s are successfully achieved









Qualifications

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Business related undergraduatedegreerequired or MBA preferred with 8-10 years’ experience in sales/marketing operations, finance or sales roles. 3-5years' experience in selling complex solutions via long sales cycle
  • Strong strategic thinker and problem solver
  • Experience with Enterprise reporting tools (OBI, salesforce.com, Tableau, Domo, etc). Comfortable with CRM and othersales efficiency technologies.
  • Experience with Mobile Applications (iOS, android)
  • Expert skill level in Microsoft Excel, Access and PowerPoint software
  • Exceptional attention to detail, good work ethic, desire to learn and be challenged, self-driven and motivated
  • Strong collaboration and relationship building abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management and prioritization skills
    • Strong strategic thinker and problem solver

  • Ability to work across organizational lines
  • Motivated, self-starter, with a solid work ethic, ability to manage change, and a “can-do” attitude a must
