This is where you come in - our sales team is growing! We are looking for a SaaS Sales Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to support our Account Executives in selling Pepper Cloud products to prospective customers. You’ll ideally have experience with ECM, document management, sales enablement, workflow automation, or BPM software. Experience with the life sciences industry and knowledge of MLR/PRC review is a major plus.
Our Sales Engineers play a key role liaising between our external customers and internal Vodori stakeholders. Configuring and conducting customer demos is a major part of the Sales Engineer’s responsibilities which means you should have a strong technical acumen and background. Additionally, you should be able to listen to customers' needs and ask the right questions to fully understand them. Client-facing meetings can be a bit unpredictable, so you should enjoy thinking on your feet and altering your content on the fly. Because you’ll have valuable touch points directly with our customers and future customers, we need you to consistently and concisely share your expertise and learnings with necessary internal Vodori stakeholders.
Our Sales Engineers will have the opportunity to meet with customers over the phone, video, and in-person, so you must be willing to travel, domestically and internationally, for this position (up to15% of the time) post-pandemic and once it is safe to do so.
