Short Description

Serves as technical sales leader and directs all sales activities for customers and business partners in assigned territory or accounts. Leads the development of formal account proposals and business-oriented solutions. Conducts discovery and aligns optimal solution with business goals for desired outcome. Emphasis on strong business acumen, Cloud expertise, technical breadth, and applied consultative selling skills. Articulates unique value proposition and drives opportunities to technical closure.

Experience in Cloud services, Public-Private-Hybrid offers and competitive Industry solutions. Possess strong Industry knowledge of Cloud services, architectural best practices, and supporting technical disciplines; On-Demand Cloud Services and Automation, Microservices, DevOps Frameworks, XaaS/SaaS, Security and Networking. Ability to demonstrate cloud services and solutions at administrative level. Related Business Partner experience a plus.

Expertise in Unified Communications and Contact Center solutions, including all aspects of Unified Communications, Omnichannel and related native and third-party adjunct integrations: AI, CRM, WFO, IVR, etc. Presentation and design skills across UC and CC solutions sets required. Avaya UC and CC solution experience preferred.

Experience in Application Development, Business Process Modeling or Service Design, allowing for custom workflow creation to enhance Customer Experience. Related expertise includes business requirements discovery and solution development, through programming and scripting languages such as C++, Java, HTML & CSS, and experience in API’s/Open-Source tools using REST and SOAP.

Plans and leads presentations, demonstrations, PoCs and trials for customers, partners and prospects. Supports knowledge transfer sessions for business partner community. Responsible for maintaining technical expertise across Avaya Cloud and On-Premise solutions, inclusive of competitive offerings. Maintains relevant Avaya and Industry certifications. 5-8 years related experience.

  • Ability To Travel 8 to 12 Nights/Year (Once Quarterly) To California
  • Ability To Travel 1 Trip (4 Nights Per Year) Internationally
  • Willingness To Work 2 Days Per Week On Customer Site at Disney
  • Avaya Aura Knowledge and Troubleshooting Skills
  • Confidence to Provide Advice on Deployment of Aura Products and Services

    • Tracing routes and call paths
  • Minimum 3 Years of Avaya Contact Center Experience
  • Experience Designing Avaya Enterprise Solutions In PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio
  • Comfortable Simultaneously Managing Multiple Projects To Closure
  • Functions Well In Both External Team (Customer) and Internal Matrix Team Settings
  • Communicates Well With Avaya Product House
