Job Description

The Role:

We are looking for a pre-sales engineer who will manage all technical aspects of the sales cycle and will be the liaison between Product and Sales. This individual will be a pivotal member of our Product Management team, supporting and closing some of our largest deals with Fortune 100 companies. Success in this role will rely on a combination of technical proficiency, confidence working with clients, the ability to sweat the details while seeing the bigger picture, and a healthy obsession with organization.


Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the account executives from start to finish to help secure enterprise-level deals from a technical perspective
  • Assist the Revenue team in preparations and delivery of any pre-sales discovery and analysis
  • Educate prospects on implementation and usage of the product and answer any technical sales-related questions, including product architecture
