In this role, you will work within our sales organization to drive sales for the RWAS technology portfolio.

IQVIA technologies in Real World drive raw data to actionable insight, within the portfolio we have a number of division including, Privacy Analytics, E360 and bespoke solutions covering ODHSI, as well as AI & ML

Principal Accountabilities

  • Drive sales across the offering suite to attain sales, revenue, and ebitda quotas as assigned
  • Work closely with inside Sales to triage leads effectively
  • Engage Pre-Sales effectively to ensure best in class demo's of appropriate solutions to the client needs
  • Work with the head of sales to segment clients, build out account plans, and develop / evolve client specific account strategies based on current European client RW ecosystems and maturity
  • Map white space within clients and successfully deploy sales teams to penetrate and drive both revenue & growth
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to engage C-suite and key influencers and budget holders
  • Lead opportunities to drive Sales within the portfolio
  • Partner with the European RBU Sales teams (functional, local) to drive and increase the account opportunity pipeline e.g. generating leads / open doors for RWT Specialists. Drive clarity in the collaborative sales approach
  • Work with offerings teams to provide input to develop and adapt current solutions, to create new & improved client centric offerings

We are looking for someone who has;

  • A Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience in health industry including 5 years + of leadership experience (and/or equivalent combination)
  • Proven Sales leadership
  • Ability to lead and influence without direct authority
  • Excellent understanding of financial principles, profitability measures and pricing strategies
  • Extensive knowledge of IQVIA offerings, customer account management and the pharmaceutical industry
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior level execs both internally and at customer organizations
  • Ability to work independently and engage stakeholders across organization both internally and externally
  • Demonstrated leadership thinking strategically and acting with vision and ability to drive innovation
