Zocdoc is looking for a new Sales Enablement and Training leader. Reporting to SalesOps & Strategy and working closely with Sales leadership and Executive management, you will lead the development, utilization and continuous improvement of sales techniques, processes and materials. You’ll be continuously iterating and monitoring consistency of our sales process, as well as developing materials aimed at improving the onboardingexperience of new reps.

What you'll do:

  • Prioritize opportunities for efficiency in training sales reps and assess new and current strategies across the organization
  • Research, develop and execute comprehensive skill training sessions across the sales organization to maximize effectiveness of the team
  • Create compelling and relevant enablement materials in collaboration with marketing and outside vendors – including landing pages, videos, software; sales decks and case studies; fact sheets, infographics and ROI calculators
  • Work with Sales leadership on the best ways to utilize materials and roll out to the team
  • Track adoption, utilization and success after launch while gathering feedback from sales team regularly to consistently improve support programs 

What's required: 

  • At least four years in a sales enablement/sales training role, ideally at a technology or software company
  • Track record of success changing and influencing sales behaviors
  • Experience collaborating with sales teams or direct experience on a sales team
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on approach to building training programs
